Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be moved through the grounds using the plunger.
